Credit/Debit Card/ECheck Fees

September 14, 2022

Effective next billing cycle 09/23/2022, RWD #5 will no longer be covering the fees on credit cards, debit cards, and echecks. The customer will be responsible for the fee of 2.9% PLUS $.50 charge if transaction is under $100.00. ECheck fees are $1.05. This applies when paying online or over the phone. We still have the option of cash or check with no fees if paid at the District office.
